Cancel your subscription
Enter the e-mail address you bought with. We send a link to that address; opening it brings you to a page with one button that ends the subscription. You do not need an account, the app, or your licence key.
What cancelling does
Your subscription stops renewing. It is not cut off on the spot: the period you have already paid for runs to its end, and your licences keep working until then. Nothing is charged after that.
You will receive a confirmation by e-mail with the date and time your cancellation was received, so you have it in writing.
If no link arrives
Check the folder your mail programme files advertising and bulk messages into, and make sure the address you entered is the one the purchase was made with — an order placed by a colleague was delivered to their mailbox, not yours. The link is short-lived; if it has expired, come back to this page and ask for another one. Asking again is always safe.
